Terms of payment and service

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility.

iELFs may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms.

(1) GENERAL

1.1 When you purchase a product via the iELFs website you provide us with your permission to supply you with the means to access the digital goods you have purchased immediately, a downloadable product, or within one working day, an online product. Once payment has been made you will be sent an email with the details of your purchase. If your purchase is for access to an e-learning course, you will receive a second email with details of how to access the course within one working day.

1.2. After purchase during 3 working days you will receive login and password to e-learning portal of IELFs where you can find  all educational materials.

1.3 In no event will the iELFs be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use,  inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

1.4. IELFS can change, delete and renew all materials in any moment

1.5. All “Digital Products” of IELFs will be delivered to you by a choice of methods on ielfs decision: via download by internet or watch it on e-learning portal of IEFLS.

1.6. In order for you to access the “Digital Products” you’re required to have an internet connection.

(2) USE OF CONTENT

You agree not to copy, republish, download, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works based on, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, display, perform, license, sublicense or reverse engineer the Site or any of the Content.

(3) USER ID AND PASSWORD

3.1 You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user ID and password associated with your account, and that you will be solely responsible to iELFs for any activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify iELFs immediately, sending a corresponding e-mail to: info@ielfs.com

3.3 You agree that you are the sole and exclusive user of your account; sharing access to accounts between users is not permitted.

(4) REFUNDS

Once a product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists due to the electronic nature of iELFs’s product.You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back.
