I become be interested in Fashion and Style since childhood, when I was watching various TV shows about image creation. Growing up I began go to workshops, read articles on the Internet to understand what colors are right for me, how to combine clothes together. I had a big desire to know everything about this issue and to look stylish. Once I even wanted to order the service of a personal shopper. But then I had an idea: why not to get a special education and become a personal shopper to help people be beautiful?
I found out about the Italian school of fashion and style, and I think this day is memorable! At the beginning of education students are warned that they will look at world in a new way. I was skeptical. Well, what could be changed in my life? Everything has changed!
I began to understand the issues of fashion and style. Friends and acquaintances come to me for advice, ask for an analysis of their wardrobe. On the streets I can not just pass without evaluating one or another set of clothes, color combinations, etc., and it happens unknowingly 🙂
It is very important that education in the Italian school of fashion and style creates an european view on fashion. Russia, unfortunately, not a trendsetter, and study by Russian textbooks at least inappropriate.
During the education I learned that in Europe no one had heard of the existence of color type. There is an easier way to determine the appropriate color type! For me it was good news, because it was my biggest challenge to determine a color type 🙂
Also during the education I have received such valuable information as: what is a trend book, who is a cool hunter and what is a basic wardrobe and how to create it, who is a personal shopper and what he should be able to do, what are the main stages of shopping, what is a shopping route and shops map.
Online education was very important to me, because I didn’t have opportunity to spend a lot of time for the road. This type of education is not worse than the full-time. I would say it is even better, because you can learn at any time and not on a schedule. There was little doubt that my homeworks will be unattended. But it wasn’t like that at all! Each task has been tested, commented, approved only after making necessary corrections. Education was very interesting, informative, I am very happy that I chose this school!
In conclusion I would like to say that even if my profession is not connected to the fashion world, this is just a hobby, but education in the Italian school of fashion and style made me think about changing the scope. I plan to go further in this direction. Thank you Catherine Kulakova, Mary Syvoplyas, teachers, and all who participated in the creation of the School! You make the world better, more beautiful and help dreams come true;)
