What our students say

Yevheniia Hnatusko

China

For me, this course is a very new direction of knowledge and therefore I am pleased with each module. Practical tasks are checked, and feedback is a very good indicator of the quality of mastering the material. I like the fact that the homework approach is always with justifications and suggestions, instead of a dry "done".

FAQ

What you should know before starting

Will this course suit me if I've never done interior design before?

Yes, the course is designed for beginners. The program is built to gradually guide you from the basic principles of design and decor to creating full-fledged interior solutions for residential and commercial spaces. You will study theory and immediately apply your knowledge through practical assignments.

What types of interiors will I learn to create?

During the course, you will work with both residential and commercial interiors. This includes apartments, houses, individual rooms, as well as business spaces like offices, retail stores, salons, cafes, and other projects where the interior must be both beautiful and functional.

Who teaches the course?

The program is developed and taught by instructors from Italy. The training follows a European approach to interior design, emphasizing composition, atmosphere, style, proportions, color, materials, and details. This approach helps you see interior design not just as renovation but as a complete visual and functional project.

Will there be practical work during the course?

Yes. Practice is a key part of the course. You will complete assignments, develop interior ideas, select color palettes, materials, furniture, and decor, and gradually build an understanding of the workflow of an interior designer-decorator.

Will I be able to build a portfolio after the course?

Yes. Throughout the course, you will prepare educational interior projects that will form the foundation of your first portfolio. This is especially important if you plan to look for clients or showcase your skills to potential employers.

Can I start working as an interior designer-decorator after the course?

Yes, the course provides a solid foundation for starting a career. After completing it, you will better understand how to create interior concepts, work with client briefs, select styles, materials, furniture, and decor. To confidently enter the market, it's also important to continue developing your portfolio and gaining experience on real projects.

Do I need to be able to draw?

No, artistic education is not required. For an interior designer, what matters more is a sense of composition, taste, understanding of space, color, materials, and the ability to communicate your ideas. Visual presentation skills can be developed during the course.

Do I need to know professional software before starting?

No, you can start without experience in professional programs. The main requirement is a willingness to learn and complete practical assignments. If visualization or presentation tools are needed during the course, you will be able to learn them gradually.

Will I receive a document after completing the course?

Yes, upon completion of the program and fulfillment of the necessary assignments, you will receive a certificate of completion from the school.

Do I need to buy expensive materials for the course?

No. At the start, you only need basic tools for working with ideas: a computer or laptop, internet access, a notebook, and materials for note‑taking and reference gathering. Additional materials can be used as needed.

Can I study from another country?

Yes, since the course is delivered online, you can participate from anywhere in the world. All you need is internet access and the ability to complete assignments.

Who is this course especially suitable for?

The course is a great fit for those who want to master the profession of interior designer-decorator, change careers, start working on interior projects, develop their taste, and learn to create stylish residential and commercial spaces.
