1. Wear a V-neck tops

The V-neck lengthens the neck and emphasizes the collarbone, highlighting the beautiful part of your body.

2. It’s all about the length!

The length of your dress is really important. When it comes to looking for a shorter dress, look for a length just below the knee or up to the knee. This way, the dress will end at the thinnest part of your leg.

If the dress is longer or shorter, you have the risk of making your calves thicker than they are (and no one needs that!).

The same goes for maxi dresses: if the length is above the ankles, the whole emphasis will be on your legs.

3. Free your sleeves!

Do not wear cap sleeves. You might think that short sleeve tops or dresses are a better alternative than sleeveless ones, but they accentuate the widest part of the arm.

Try cuff-length or ¾-length sleeves to visually lengthen your arms.

If you don’t want to wear a long sleeve in the summer, try a loose sleeve that covers the widest part of your arms.
You can also try wearing tops that expose your shoulders, but have sleeves in order to hide your figure.

4. Go to monochrome

Dressing in one color from head to toe is the easiest way because it helps create one line without breaking your body into separate pieces.
This method will also make you visually taller!

5. Opt for dark shades

Darker colors will make you look slimmer, while lighter or shinier colors and fabrics will highlight problem areas.

So, if you have a wider waist, wear a brown or black belt. If you want to visually make your breast look smaller in size, avoid silver tops and blouses.

6. Choose suitable fabrics

How the fabric works with your body and shape is very important.
Look for flattering fabrics that move with you. You can also opt for a draped item to cover your tummy. Thus, it will be convenient for you to move in such clothes.

7. Baggy doesn’t look good

This is the mistake of many people who have lost confidence in their body shape. They wear large, baggy clothing to cover their bodies.
It seems that such clothes hide all your flaws and you are protected, but in fact, they make the opposite: large shapes and baggy styles make you bigger.

8. Choose charming prints

Smaller prints such as pinstripes, polka dots, small size patterns are what you need to look out for when shopping for a printed item.

9. High waist

Opt for high-waisted dresses.
Such clothes focus on the chest and create the illusion of an hourglass silhouette.

10. Wear suitable underwear

Well-fitting underwear can change your shape and make you look slimmer.
